Hi,
i installed the 2010 RTM on my laptop without any issues and DD ran great and did what it said it would. but when i tried to install on my main work station where i had 2009 it would install fine but would not start and sometimes BDS gives me an error about "sanctuarylib.dl" then BDS would be on the process list until i end it using task manager.

I uninstalled 2009 and 2010 and attempted again after cleaning all old codegear files and there is no diff weather i use DD 1.75 or not. Delphi just don’t start.
I use win 7 on both computers. and keep in mind that same files installed and ran first try on the laptop!

DD worked great on my laptop install and still running great, it's my desktop installation that i can't get BDS to start correctly before using DD. looks like it finds some hidden files or something in the registry and the process gets stuck after raising an exception and sanctuarylib.dll is listed as part of the reason.
this really has nothing to do with DD but i was hoping someone with same issue can share information.

once again DD did all i wanted from it on the laptop installation, tyvm

i found out that if you have a network card on you PC and you use windows to disable it it would do what i said in the first post, however if you enable the windows network connection but unplug the network cable it will work just fine so network access is not mandatory but you can't disable the connection from windows.

i also installed on the same computer as D2009 that i "tweaked" with DD (TY) but 2009 must have at least sp3
